Toni is passionate about organisations embracing a holistic approach to ensuring the well-being of their people. Her focus is on helping organisations engender a “healthy” work environment in every aspect to ensure optimum performance. Toni believes these two factors are intrinsically connected. She maintains a particular interest in best practice and developments in all aspects of well-being from time management strategies and effective use of technology, to diet, exercise and corporate mindfulness. Toni has been exploring mindfulness practices for over 10 years. She incorporates mindfulness techniques in her coaching services and also delivers specific training programs on how organisations can:
